The signal-like feature at the fore of the model can be easily moved around and signifies how news can easily be sent around the world. The wheels at the bottom of the pole symbolises how easily news can travel around the world. In the middle of the model, there is a basket full of colourful Lego items, which is a visual metaphor for the different types of news, the ladder leading up to this shows how easily news can be accessed. Finally, the imprisoned man at the back of the model shows how even isolated people in desolate places can still find a way to access news.
